Crumble
Posted by kiwinewt on 4 April, 2010I think I have worked out the perfect crumble combination (for me, at least):
- Crumble:
- 50-70g butter (dependant on amount of oats) *
- 1 cup flour *
- 3/4 cup of sugar * rub together to make crumblyness
- 1/2-1 cup rolled oats
- 1t mixed spice
- Fruit part:
- 2/3 stewed apple
- 1/3 stewed rhubarb
- 3T brown sugar
- 4 squares crushed bitter-sweet chocolate
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Bake at 180 for 20min until crumble is lightly browned
