Crumble

I think I have worked out the perfect crumble combination (for me, at least):

  • Crumble:
    • 50-70g butter (dependant on amount of oats) *
    • 1 cup flour *
    • 3/4 cup of sugar * rub together to make crumblyness
    • 1/2-1 cup rolled oats
    • 1t mixed spice
  • Fruit part:
    • 2/3 stewed apple
    • 1/3 stewed rhubarb
    • 3T brown sugar
    • 4 squares crushed bitter-sweet chocolate
    • sprinkle of cinnamon

Bake at 180 for 20min until crumble is lightly browned
