I thought I would share a bit about where I am up to with my brewing. I will go more in depth on this later (when I can take photos)

Kit:

• 20L HLT
• 56L Mash tun (might be overestimating on the size…)
• 60L Kettle
• 22L fermenter
• 18L secondary fermenter (trial)
• Stir plate (in progress)

Brews:

1. Spy vs Spy – first brew, extract
2. Gingy – first made-up recipe, extract, Ginger-infused Ale
3. Punky – first all-grain, Pumpkin Ale
4. Fairytale Princess – first own-recipe, all-grain, Blonde
5. Midnight Stout – all-grain, own-recipe, first Secondary, Chocolate Oatmeal Stout
6. Peculiar Brew – Old Peculiar clone, own-recipe *upcoming*
7. SMaSHed – SMaSH IPA, own-recipe *upcoming* (debating making this a 90min IPA, just to meet the target!)
